SECURITY
There is no reason to be afraid to use your debit/credit card on our website. All sales are processed using Authorize.net payment gateway and Thawte™ Secure Technology, which uses 128-bit encryption to guarantee your transaction is secure.

RETURN POLICY
If an order is incorrect (by the mistake of FAIRYTALE RUNNERS™) or damaged upon receipt (by the third party carrier), the customer must inform FAIRYTALE RUNNERS™ of this no later than 48 hours after receipt. If products is damaged by the third party carrier, cost associated with repairing product is not the responsibility of FAIRYTALE RUNNERS™. At this time, the customer will be given a return number. This number will only be valide for 10 business days and products cannot be returned after the wedding date regardless of when the 10 days may fall. FAIRYTALE RUNNERS™ will make every effort to return the correct product in a timely manner. FAIRYTALE RUNNERS™ is not responsible if the product in question in not received by the event date.

PRIVACY POLICY
FAIRYTALE RUNNERS™ will not give/sell any of our customers' information (name, phone number, address, email address, wedding date, etc.) to any other soliciting companies.

OWNERSHIP RIGHTS
Fairytale Runners CompanyT and all the contents from this website, related services, graphics, logos, names or anything else associated with FAIRYTALE RUNNERS™ may be not reproduced in any form without the prior written permission of FAIRYTALE RUNNERS™. PRICING
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and payment is required in US. Dollars unless otherwise agreed upon by the Parties. Prices are subject to change at the discretion of FAIRYTALE RUNNERS™.

FORUM SELECTION CLAUSE
Any and all disputes in relation to this product and/or website shall take place in Marshall County, Tennessee.

RISK OF LOSS
FAIRYTALE RUNNERS™ contracts with a third party carrier for delivery of its products. FAIRYTALE RUNNERS™ is no longer responsible for the products once they are delivered to the third party carrier.

INJURY
FAIRYTALE RUNNERS™ is not responsible in any way for any injury relating to the proper or improper use of its products.

REFUNDS OR ORDER CHANGES
FAIRYTALE RUNNERS™ will not issue refunds for wedding cancellations, date changes, name changes, color changes, or design changes. Any additional charges for any changes will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

PRODUCT AND COLOR VARIATION
All of FAIRYTALE RUNNERS™ products are hand painted and of a high quality. However, due to the nature of the product, minor imperfections are to be expected. FAIRYTALE RUNNERS™ will not be responsible for these minor imperfections inherent to products of this nature. Colors are subject to slight variation due to the nature or the product and FAIRYTALE RUNNERS™ is not responsible for variations and is not responsible if it does not match the wedding colors exactly.

UNENFORCEABLE OR INVALID CLAUSES
In the event that any part of this agreement be found unenforceable or invalid, the invalid or unenforceable clause shall be struck and substituted with a valid, enforceable clause that reflects the intent behind the original clause. The remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

AGREEMENT IN ENTIRETY
The above noted Terms and Conditions reflect the entire intent of the parties relating to FAIRYTALE RUNNERS's™ website and products and pre-empt any and all other communications or agreements and may not be modified without writing from FAIRYTALE RUNNERS™.
